Meeting Notes for April 16th

Team Members Present: Shayla, Jessica, Jessica, Kristin, Serigo, Laura

Our group met during the scheduled class time and only Luke was gone.Our group meeting went very well today we managed to hardly get distracted and got a lot accomplished. We put together a rough schedule of what things we needed to get done before the next week. We decided that certain items would need to be done by certain days. What we wanted done by Monday (April 21st) was having our 9 resources cited in APA format and what we wanted to include in our PowerPoint slides. Next Wednesday (April 23rd) we wanted everyone to have their ¾ page paper of what their main finding of their topic was so we could start on our executive paper. We would want everyone in the group to have their summary number 3 done by Wednesday even though it is due Friday. We also discussed our presentation and how we would set it up. We decided that we would not limit time between us because we believe that everyone will take about the same amount of time and if they don’t then it doesn’t matter because we have the whole class to present our findings. Also we helped each other this meeting. Jessica H. told Shayla about the studies she was finding on PsychInfo because she was frustrated that they pertained to Shayla’s topic and not hers. We did not really discuss new information we found simply because we mainly just put together a rough schedule.
